Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dhaka for an Assistant Manager HR & Admin. The responsibilities include managing HR operations such as recruitment, training, and employee relations. The role involves overseeing administrative functions such as facilities management, compliance, and record-keeping. The Assistant Manager is expected to support HR day to day operations and ensure a positive workplace environment while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience:
Must have a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (Major-HR), or a related field. PGD(HRM) or other such certifications is an added value.
Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR and administrative roles.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory standards in Bangladesh.
Knowledge of ERP, MS-WORD, Excel.

Qualifications
Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationship management.
Strong skills in administrative management, including facilities management and organizational compliance.
Capability to contribute to employee training coordination and HR strategy implementation.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills at his level.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage a team effectively.
Drive employee engagement initiatives & foster a positive work culture.

Responsibilitiess

• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Oversee the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and placement of employees.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Ensure proper implementation of performance appraisal and evaluation systems.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory acts, and company policies.
• Coordinate training & development programs for staff and workers.
• Support manpower planning and succession planning.
• Maintain HR ERP reports and submit them to the HR Head.
• Oversee general administration, office management, and facility operations.
• Manage security, transport, canteen, housekeeping, and utility services.
• Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle vendor management, office supplies, and service contracts.
• Ensure proper document control and record management.
• Report the HR Head on disciplinary and compliance issues.
• Ensure workplace health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Support audits, inspections, and certifications (if applicable)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Officer located in Dhaka. The role involves managing and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, providing technical support to resolve hardware and software issues, administering and troubleshooting network systems, and ensuring smooth system operations. The Information Technology Officer will work collaboratively with team members to address technical challenges and support organizational objectives.

 

Qualifications

  • Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety.
  • Setting up accounts for staff, educating them on logging in and resolving issues that arise.
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
  • Restricting access to unauthorized sites, downloads, and users.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager/Deputy General Manager (GM/DGM) Merchandiser at Lyric Group, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The GM/DGM Marketing & Merchandising position will oversee and manage the merchandising department, coordinate with buyers and suppliers, ensure that production schedules align with delivery deadlines, and monitor garment quality standards. They will collaborate with teams to streamline production processes and maintain optimal communication among internal and external stakeholders. A focus will also be placed on developing strategies to meet organizational goals pertaining to sales and product quality.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Apparel/Textile Merchandising, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be  
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in merchandising and supply chain Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.  
  • Fluency in English and Bangla, both written and verbal, is highly  
  • Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in a similar role in the textile or garment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • As the GM/DGM of Marketing & Merchandising, would involve overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of all marketing and merchandising activities at the factory. This would require you to have a deep understanding of the factory`s products, customers, and competition, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing and merchandising professionals.
  • Developing and implementing the marketing and merchandising strategy for the factory to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and using this information to develop marketing and merchandising plans that meet those needs.
  • Developing and managing the factory`s product portfolio, including selection, pricing, and promotion of products.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Developing and managing the marketing and merchandising budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and making recommendations for improvements and changes to the marketing and merchandising strategy.
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as production and quality control, to ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Providing leadership and direction to the marketing and merchandising team, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and productive.
  • Supervise the team on proper follow-up for on-time shipment from order inquiry to shipment, inventory and supply chain planning, and ensure the merchandisers are updating the order status, as well as informing the customers.
  • Co-ordinates with the production team in order to deliver on-time shipments.
  • Closely monitor the activities of team members and evaluate their performance periodically.
